Monthly Ways to Donate

Sponsor a FArmer

Suggested donation: $500 per farming family per month.

This monthly contribution will fund a technician’s visit to a farmer’s plot to assist them in improved farm design and optimization through agroecological techniques. In these visits, our technicians focus directly on the farmer to apply what our agronomist teaches in the monthly training. In addition, we will supply the farmer with fruit trees and seeds/seedlings for seasonal production.

Sponsor a Farmer Training

Suggested Donation: $500 per monthly meeting to hire technicians and support materials used in demonstrations.

Meetings include hosting local farmers for a demonstration and training seminar. Funds will be used to resource farmers with tools, equipment, seedlings and to hire the technicians to run the training. This continued donation will enable agricultural education, community development, farmer collaboration and networking, increased diversification and increased streams of revenue for partnering farmers.

Sponsor a Research Center Technician

Suggested donation: $1000 per technician to facilitate monthly trainings and HCA development.

Technician duties include fruit and vegetable seedling propagation, agroforestry plot establishment, crop management, research trials and educational seminars each month. The money will be used to employ and train these technicians to enable research onsite to solve local agricultural problems, as well as to disseminate the knowledge to our partnering farmers that attend the trainings each month. Technicians are selected off of dependability, local knowledge and expertise.

Restore COASTAL ECOSYSTEMS

Suggested Donation: $100 to plant 330 mangrove trees.

For only .30 cents you can plant a Red Mangrove Tree in southern Haiti and provide meaningful employment to people who are in desperate need of a stable income. You can help us combat poverty while providing a nature based solution for these communities in need. Help us to add on to the more than 5 million trees we have already planted here! Our goal is to raise $100,000 dollars to plant 330,000 trees in 2025.

Help us to keep growing

Fundraising Goal: $100,000 USD

To successfully develop the HCA into a commercial farm and training center, we are seeking to raise $100,000. This funding will cover various essential components, including:

  • Infrastructure Development: Costs for building necessary facilities, including classrooms, storage areas, and processing units for harvested crops.

  • Crop Production: Investment in seeds, plants, and equipment required to cultivate a diverse array of crops, which will also serve as educational examples for farmers.

  • Training Programs: Funding for agronomists and experts to conduct training sessions, workshops, and hands-on demonstrations for local farmers.

  • Sustainability Initiatives: Implementing practices that enhance the environmental sustainability of the farm, such as soil health management and water conservation techniques.

Help us improve our tech

Fundraising Goal: $25,000 USD

Database and Field Application: With support from Envicom, Harvest Craft can build a database and mobile field application to conduct robust monitoring to enhance program success and design. We can accomplish this goal with $25,000. Please help us to get there!

Tech Equipment: It is important to provide our technical field staff with critical tools like GPS units, Cell Phones, Laptops, Drones and more.  Please consider donating to our data collection efforts by providing some of these tools for our team so we can produce ever more detailed impact reports. Consider donating to our “Equipment Fund” on our website.
